Hilary Duff was spotted at a store in LA while shopping. She was in a break to her Dignity Tour in Canada and was seen there.

Attention All Hilary Duff Fan Club Members Attending the August 17th Concert at the Grove of Anaheim!!!
If you are a Hilary Duff Fan Club Member and have a ticket to go see the show at The Grove of Anaheim on August 17th, you are invited to join Hilary for a Sound Check Party.
Sound check is the time before the concert when Hilary and her band warm up. Hilary wants you to join her in Anaheim and every attendee will also receive a complimentary key clip and cell phone tassel to take home. This will be a very special occasion. It is not very often for fans to be invited to sound check.
All you have to do to attend is RSVP to soundcheckparty@hilaryduff.com with your Fan Club user name and the number of people going to the concert with you.
